- 600 g potatoes, waxy
- 1 onion (s), red

- 2 red pepper (s)
- 150 g oat cream cheese
- 2 sprig rosemary
- 4 tablespoon olive oil

- Wash the potatoes well and cut into narrow wedges with the skin on. Clean the peppers, peel them with the peeler and cut into pieces. Divide the onions into half rings. Peel the garlic cloves and remove the shoot, then cut into small pieces.
- Put the prepared vegetables with the sprigs of rosemary in a baking dish or puree, mix with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
