Instructions

  1. Fry the peeled and diced potatoes in hot oil and simmer on a medium flame for about 5 minutes with the lid closed. Then add the prepared beans and continue steaming for about 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Now add the garlic and quartered mushrooms as well as the herbs of Provence and cook everything for 5 - 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
