Peel the potatoes, cut in half and cut into thin slices. Halve the mozzarella and cut into slices.
Fry the ham cubes in a pan. Heat the cream and crème fraîche in a saucepan, season with salt and pepper. Peel and squeeze the garlic cloves. Boil once.
Add the potato slices, peas, diced ham and mozzarella to the liquid and mix. Put everything in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 40 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
