Potato Casserole with Salmon and Cheese-Cream Sauce

The most delicate casserole with salmon and cheese-creamy sauce is very easy to prepare. Put pieces of salmon on the potato “pillow” and fill with cheese and dill sauce. After baking, we get a delicious dish.

Ingredients
Salmon fillet – 400 g
Cream (10% fat) – 200 ml
Hard cheese – 200 g
Potatoes – 300 g
Dill greens – to taste
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Butter – to prepare the mold
Directions
We prepare the necessary products. Turn on the oven to heat it 180 degrees. Wash the salmon fillet and dry it with paper towels. Cut the fish into small pieces.
We wash the dill and chop finely (you can leave a couple of sprigs of herbs for serving). Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
Combine cheese, dill, and cream in a bowl. Stir the sauce. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes.
Grease the baking dish with butter. Put the potatoes on the bottom of the mold. Put pieces of salmon on the potatoes.
Fill the fish and potatoes with cheese-cream sauce and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Potato casserole with salmon and cheese-cream sauce is ready. Serve hot as an independent dish.
The casserole can be garnished with fresh dill leaves and added, for example, with fresh vegetables.
