Ingredients

  • 4 potato (s)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, Italian
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 0.5 stick ½ leek
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 50 g cheese, rated

For the set:

  • Herbs, fresh like parsley, rosemary, thyme, chives

Instructions

  1. First wash the potatoes and brush them thoroughly and slice or cut them lengthways into 1 cm thick slices with the peel.
  2. Put the olive oil, the Italian herbs and the salt in a deep plate and stir together. Turn the potato slices in the marinade and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Do not throw away the marinade because you will need it later!
  3. Bake the potatoes at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  4. Wash, peel and grate the carrot, then halve the leek lengthways, wash and cut into thin half rings. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Put all the vegetables in the rest of the marinade and let them steep. Add the salt and the grated cheese and mix everything well.
  5. Take the potato slices out of the oven and distribute the vegetables evenly on them.
  6. Bake at 170 ° C and grill for another 10 minutes.
  7. Take the slices out of the oven and arrange on a plate or platter and garnish with the fresh herbs.
  8. It is also very tasty if you use red peppers instead of the carrots!
