Ingredients
- 750 g douh for silk dumplins (coolin shelf)
- 100 g minced beef
- 50 g liver sausae
- 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ bread roll from the day before
- 1 egg yolk

- Cut the spring onions into fine rings, finely chop the roll, mix both with the minced meat and the liver sausage and sweat in butter. Remove from heat, add the egg yolks, season with salt, pepper and possibly a little nutmeg, mix everything well and let cool down. Shape this mass into 8 small dumplings. Also form 8 dumplings from the silk dumpling dough, press them in with your thumb, press the small meat dumplings into the opening and close again with the silk dumpling dough so that you have a dumpling in a dumpling.
- Bring the water to a boil, insert the dumplings and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with a strong, dark sauce and salad.
