Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • salt
  • 0.25 ¼ head lettuce (endive)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 50 g butter
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes, peel them in half and boil them in a little salted water until soft.
  2. Clean and wash the endive salad, cut into strips and drain.
  3. Bring the milk to the boil. Drain and mash the potatoes. Stir butter and milk into the hot potatoes. Season to taste with pepper and nutmeg. Mix in the endive strips and serve immediately.
