- 500 g potato nocchi
- 200 g cherry tomato (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) black pepper
- 0.5 ½ bunch rocket

- Boil the gnocchi, I`ll take the one from the refrigerator, in plenty of salted water. Halve the cherry tomatoes and peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
- Fry the garlic slices in the olive oil in a pan. Add the cherry tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with a little sugar. Swirl in the pan for 2 to 3 minutes until they are a little soft. Now add the cooked or pre-cooked gnocchi and mix with the tomatoes. Add the cleaned and washed rocket to the gnocchi. Swirl the pan until the rocket has collapsed slightly.
- This recipe can be prepared with homemade, dry or fresh gnocchi. Then the cooking time should be observed regardless of the recipe.
