Ingredients
- 400 g mushrooms
- 1 kg potato noodles
- 2 teaspoons sage, fresh or chopped
- 12 cocktail tomatoes
- 400 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoon sauce powder (gravy)
- Parmesan

- Chop the mushrooms and fry them. In between skim off the juice and keep it.
- Fry the potato noodles in a second pan.
- Deglaze the mushrooms with the cream, add the sage and gravy powder and add a lot of pepper and a little salt.
- Quarter the tomatoes and add them at the end to keep them crisp.
- Add the sauce to the potato noodles, wait a moment and then enjoy.
- Add parmesan cheese as needed.
