- 3 tablespoon mustard, hotter
- salt and pepper
- vinegar

- Boil the potatoes, peel them when they are cold, cut them into slices, cut the rollmops into small pieces, cut the cabbage (from the rollmills) as well, cut the cucumber into small pieces and mix everything together.
