- 1 kg potato (s), waxy
- 1 cucumber (s)
- some salt, (from the mill)
- some pepper, (from the mill)
- some vinegar - essence, diluted
- 200 ml broth, clear
- 250 g jerky meat, mixed bacon, jellyfish
- 1 large onion (s)

- First, boil the jacket potato in salted water.
- In the meantime, chop the cucumber and season with salt, pepper and vinegar and set aside.
- Cut the jerky meat and the onion into cubes and fry them. Also give aside.
- Now peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and season with salt and pepper from the mill. And now pour the broth over it. Add the cucumber with the vinegar stock.
- Mix in the beef with the onions and let everything stand for about 20 minutes.
