- 1 kg potato (s)
- 2 medium onion (s), diced
- 500 g chicken, cut into strips
- 900 g creamed spinach, frozen
- 4 tablespoon curry sauce
- some salt and pepper
- oil

- Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water.
- Meanwhile, fry the onions together with the chicken strips in a little oil and set aside if they have slight traces of roasting.
- Bring the thawed creamed spinach with the curry sauce to a boil in a large saucepan. Add the meat and onions, season with salt and pepper and let steep for a short time.
- At the end, mix in the drained potatoes or serve as a side dish.
