- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 1.3 kg potato (s) (potatoes)
- 3 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3 tablespoon paprika powder, mild (heaped)
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, whole
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 large onion (s)
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pair sausages, (Debreziner sausages)
- salt and pepper
- 1 ½ liters water
- 1 cube chicken broth

- Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes, cook them until soft with the bay leaf, give out half of the potatoes and the bay leaf, puree the rest of the potatoes in the soup.
