Ingredients
- 400 g mushrooms
- 2 onions)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), green
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 125 ml water
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 125 ml cream
- Vegetable broth, instant

- Carefully wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices, cut the onion and peppers into cubes.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the vegetables in it. Add water and season with salt, pepper, vegetable stock and lemon juice. Then steam everything for about 15 minutes.
- Add the cream just before serving and season to taste again.
