Potatoes Stewed with Mushrooms

An ideal side dish is potatoes stewed with mushrooms. The recipe for this dish will come in handy during the fast, as well as for those who adhere to vegetarianism.

Ingredients
- Champignons – 250 g
- Onions – 2-3 pcs.
- Vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp
- Water – 0.5 cups
- Potatoes – 6-7 pcs.
Directions
- Products for cooking stewed potatoes with mushrooms.
- Wash the mushrooms thoroughly.
- Peel the mushrooms and cut into slices.
- Peel and wash the onion, finely chop.
- Heat a frying pan, add oil (1-2 tablespoons). Add onion to hot oil. Fry 2-3 heads of finely chopped onions with 1-2 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat, stirring for 4-5 minutes (until golden).
- Add mushrooms and 0.5 cups of water.
- Simmer until soft over low heat (about 10 minutes).
- Peel, wash, cut 6-7 potato tubers into slices.
- Mix potatoes with mushrooms, add a little water (about 50 ml), season with salt to taste and simmer until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
- Wash the dill, chop finely.
- Stewed potatoes with mushrooms are read
- Sprinkle the stewed potatoes with mushrooms with finely chopped dill before serving.
