Ingredients
- 550 g reen beans
- 1 ½ onion (s)
- 8 tomato (s), dried in oil
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
- salt and pepper
- 100 g feta cheese, made from sheep`s milk or oat`s milk
- 2 chicken breast fillet (s) 150 grams each
- Plant cream

- Blanch the green beans in salted water for 8 minutes.
- While the beans are being blanched, finely dice the onions and set aside in a bowl. Gently fry the chicken breast fillets in vegetable cream in a pan on speed 2 - 3.
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes and set aside. Mix the vinegar and oil in a bowl with salt and pepper to taste and the finely chopped onion cubes with a whisk.
- When the beans are done, rinse them with cold water so they keep their color. Pour the mixed dressing over it, add the tomato and mix well.
- Cut the feta into bite-sized pieces with your fingers and pour over the salad and serve garnished with the chicken breast in one piece or in slices.
