Protein cocktail made from natural products at home – curd-banana, with oatmeal.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 250 g
  • Kefir – 400 g
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Oatmeal – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Put cottage cheese in a blender bowl, pour in kefir.
  2. Add banana slices and oatmeal.
  3. Add cocoa and honey.
  4. Mix everything with a blender until smooth.
  5. Your homemade protein shake is ready.
  6. The protein shake can be served. Bon Appetit!
