Ingredients
- 100 grams skyr
- 30 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 30 g protein powder your choice, possibly a little more or less
- 250 ml coffee, cold
- Spray cream light

- Mix the Skyr and the milk with the protein with a whisk and place in the freezer for about 2 - 3 hours. If necessary, vanilla flavor can also be added. During this time, the coffee has enough time to cool down.
- Pour the cooled coffee into a glass and take the self-made Skyr ice cream out of the freezer and pour it into the coffee. Now stir everything, for example with a drinking straw.
- Garnish the iced coffee with the whipped cream and serve.
- All iced coffee contains approximately 35 grams of protein. Without the spray cream, the iced coffee has about 180 kcal.
