Protein Mousse with Cream

A very easy recipe for a dessert made from whipped proteins and cream.

Cook: 10 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Fat cream – 1.25 cups
  • Egg whites – 2 pcs.
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Juice of one orange
  • Dry white wine – 0.25 cups
  • Sugar – 0.25 cups
  • Lemon zest for decoration
  • Decorating cookies

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine wine, lemon zest and juice, and sugar, stir sugar until completely dissolved.
  2. Pour the cream into a bowl of lemon mixture and beat with a mixer on medium speed until stable.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until fluffy and steady.
  4. Gently introduce the protein mass into the creamy one, mix.
  5. Serve the mousse in glass glasses or bowls, garnish with lemon zest and cookies. Serve immediately or chill before serving in the refrigerator.
