Ingredients

  • 4 slices puff pastry (frozen)
  • 1 cup sour cream or sour cream
  • 0.25 ¼ pack cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 can mushrooms (whole heads)
  • 1 packet bacon, diced
  • 1 large onion (s) (vegetable onion)
  • 1 scoop mozzarella
  • oregano
  • rosemary
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First let the puff pastry sheets defrost for approx. 7 minutes until they are soft and pliable. Then place the plates on top of each other on the sides (preferably already on baking paper) and press them down so that a square is created.
  2. Mix the sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary and spread on the puff pastry sheets.
  3. Halve the mushrooms and briefly sweat together with the bacon cubes in a little fat until they are lightly browned. Spread on the puff pastry as well.
  4. Peel the onions, cut into rings that are not too thin and cover the plates with them.
  5. Finally, dice the mozzarella and spread over the plates.
  6. Finally, sprinkle some rosemary and oregano on top.
  7. Bake the whole thing in a preheated oven at 180 ° -150 ° C fan oven on a grid lined with baking paper for about 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the plates are slightly crispy.
