Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s), roughly chopped
  • 1 small clove (s) garlic, sliced
  • 500 g pumpkin meat, rouhly diced
  • 50 ml oil (sesame oil)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 100 g lentils, red
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Sweat the onions and garlic in sesame oil. Add the pumpkin cubes. Sweat it too. Add the curry and fry briefly, then deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the lentils and simmer for about 20 minutes. Puree, add orange juice and season with salt.
  2. Can also be easily produced in larger quantities.
