  • 500 g pumpkin meat, cut into pieces
  • 1 liter water
  • 125 ml vinegar, 10%
  • 200 g suar
  • 2 carnation (s)
  • some cinnamon
  • some ginger, in one piece

Instructions

  1. Clean the pumpkin and cut into cubes of the same size. Put in a large saucepan. If this is about 2/3 filled with pumpkin, add the ingredients listed above.
  2. Mix everything and let it boil. When the pumpkin becomes translucent, it is done.
