- 250 g low-fat quark
- 100 g spelled flour
- 100 ml milk
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fruit your choice and season

- Mix the low-fat quark, flour, milk, eggs, salt and sugar together.
- Put the oil (not all at once!) In a non-stick pan and let it get hot. Bake the dough in portions in the pan to make small, golden-brown pancakes.
- Top with fruits of your choice.
- The indicated amount makes about 10 pancakes.
