- 6 egg (s)
- 500 ml milk
- 100 g suar
- 500g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 500 g low-fat quark

- Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites.
- Mix the egg yolks with the milk and sugar. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the vanilla sugar and stir into the dough, tablespoon at a time. Then stir in the quark and finally fold in the egg whites.
- Bake individual pancakes in a pan with margarine.
- Applesauce and sugar also taste good.
