Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven (electric stove: 200 ° C; gas: level 3; convection: 180 ° C). Halve and core the plums. Spread a pan with butter. Cover the bottom of the pan with the plums.
  2. Separate eggs. Mix the quark, egg yolk, flour and lemon zest with the hand mixer until smooth. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually stir in the vanilla sugar and sugar.
  3. Mix one third of the egg whites with the curd mixture. Fold in the remaining egg whites. Spread the mixture over the plums. Bake the soufflée in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
