  • 1 packet tarte flambée batter from the refrigerated shelf
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 teaspoons cream
  • 100 g asparaus, white
  • 100 g asparaus, reen
  • 5 teaspoons basil pesto, homemade
  • 1 onion (s), possibly red

Instructions

  1. Peel the white asparagus, if necessary peel the green asparagus a little and steam for about 7 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough. Mix the sour cream with the cream and spread on the dough. Cut the onion into very thin slices and distribute them on the dough as well. Put the pesto on top in small heaps. Cut the asparagus diagonally into pieces approx. 5 cm long and also place on the dough. Season with pepper and salt. Bake in the oven at 220 ° C top / bottom heat on the lowest level until the tarte flambée takes on a light color.
  3. Please note that the amount is just enough for 2 people for good eaters. Adjust if necessary if several people are eating.
