Ingredients

  • 1 white cabbage, savoy cabbage or other cabbage, depending on your taste
  • 0.5 bag ½ vegetables, frozen (bouillon vegetables)
  • 1 pinch (s) caraway seeds, ground
  • 6 large potato (s)
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into small pieces and fry in the pressure cooker, then add the vegetables and potatoes and fry them with them. Then season with caraway seeds and add the broth, fill the whole thing up with water until it is covered. Put the lid on and cook for about 20 minutes, done
  2. This stew is very low in fat and I think it`s very tasty.
  3. If you like, you can sear and add 500g beef mince, or sausages.
