- 8 sausages, (also be out the jar)
- 8 potatoes, boiled, boiled or jacket potatoes, also from the day before
- 200 ml milk
- 3 tablespoon tomato paste
- liter ⅛ cream
- salt
- pepper

- Chop the onions and fry them.
- Slice the sausages and add to the onions.
- Dice the boiled potatoes and add them to the pot as well.
- Mix together the milk, cream and tomato paste, pour into the saucepan. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil briefly.
- If the potatoes were from the previous day, leave them on the stove a moment longer so that the potatoes are warm again.
