- 2 spring onion (s)
- 1 lettuce heart (s)
- 1 tomato (s)
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper

- Cut off the stalk at the bottom of the lettuce heart. Quarter the lettuce heart lengthways and then cut into strips. Dice the tomato. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Mix the remaining ingredients into a dressing and mix everything together.
