  • 300 g Goronzola
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Olive oil, for frying
  • white wine, or sherry

Instructions

  1. Chop the chicken breast fillet and fry it in olive oil with salt and pepper. Then deglaze with cream on a low heat and bring to a simmer. Next, add the previously cut Gorgonzola and continue to simmer, stirring constantly, until the Gorgonzola has melted.
  2. In my opinion, this dish tastes best when it has cooled down and then brought to the boil again.
  3. For the special taste you can deglaze the chicken breast fillet with a little sherry or with a little white wine and then add the cream, but this is not necessary, it tastes very, very good even without the latter. All noodles or spaetzle are suitable as a side dish.
