Ingredients

  • 600 g turkey breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 300 ml chicken broth, preferably in a glass
  • 150 g peas, fresh or frozen
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 medium onion (s), cut into large cubes
  • a little fat
  • some flour
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Heat the fat in a large pan with a high rim, fry the turkey meat in it, season with salt and pepper, add the onions and sweat. Dust with 1-2 tablespoons of flour and let sweat. Deglaze with the white wine, stir well, after about 1 minute stir in the broth. Let everything simmer at medium temperature for 10-15 minutes. Then add the peas, capers and cream and let everything simmer again for about 15 minutes.
  2. Serve with rice, pasta or potatoes.
