Ingredients

  • 1 kg turkey breast
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 300 ml poultry broth
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 150 ml white wine, dry
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 100 g sour cream
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the meat and halve or quarter the mushrooms, chop the onions very roughly, and cut the garlic and shallots into thin slices.
  2. Sear the meat in the hot pan in oil, then add the onions and fry them until translucent. Now add the mushrooms, shallots and garlic and brown everything a little.
  3. Deglaze with the white wine, reduce, then pour in the broth, reduce a little again, then add the cream and simmer briefly.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and paprika, stir in the sour cream and serve garnished with parsley.
  5. Rice, potatoes or spaetzle go well as a side dish, as a wine I recommend a Weißherbst or a semi-dry Chardonnay.
