Ingredients
- 250 g turkey breast
- 350 g zucchini
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 150 ml milk or cream
- 100 g cheese, (soft cheese in brine)
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 sprigs oregano
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 sprigs basil
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

- Roughly grate the zucchini and squeeze out lightly, peel the onion and dice it.
- Cut the turkey breast (skinless) into strips or cubes and fry brown in 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a coated hot pan and remove from the pan. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and brown the onion cubes, add the squeezed zucchini and squeezed garlic and roast briefly over a high heat. Stir in tomato paste and curry powder and deglaze with milk.
- Mix in the soft cheese cut into small cubes, creme fraiche, a little salt and pepper and the chopped herbs, let it steep for a moment and season to taste.
- Serve with pasta, rice or ebly and salad.
