Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ cup quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ herb salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vegetable stock, instant
  • 100 g peas, reen, frozen
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cumin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Cream (soy cream) or butter
  • Parmesan or other grated cheese

Instructions

  1. First rinse the quinoa with water. Then boil the quinoa in the water with the vegetable stock and let it soak. A little before the end of the cooking time, after about 10 minutes, fry the onion; Add the cumin and turmeric. Add the frozen peas. After 5 minutes, mix in the quinoa (it has now softened). Add soy cream or butter according to taste or diet plan, season with salt. Can be served with or without cheese.
