- 0.5 ½ bunch radishes
- 1 ½ tablespoon oil (macadamia oil)
- 2 teaspoons vinegar (e.g. fig vinegar)
- some flowers (flower parts), edible, as decoration
- Pepper, from the mill
- salt
- sugar

- Wash the turnips and radishes and cut them very thinly. Lay out on a salad plate. Season with salt and pepper.
- Make the dressing from vinegar, oil and sugar and stir until smooth. Pour over the vegetables and let them soak in briefly. Eating soon.
- If it stays too long, it creates a lot of liquid. That no longer looks appetizing.
- This is a very fresh salad that goes very well as a grill side dish.
