Ingredients

  • 40 g confectionery (Raffaello), or other coconut confectionery
  • 150 g yourt (coconut)
  • 2 scoops ice cream (vanilla or coconut)
  • 400 ml milk, or coconut milk
  • Sugar, or liquid sweetener

Instructions

  1. Put the confectionery and yoghurt in a mixing vessel and puree with the magic wand. Pour in the milk, add the ice cream and mix again until frothy. Season to taste, sweeten if necessary, serve immediately.
  2. Tip:
  3. If calories are not an issue, half of the milk can be replaced with cream or a dollop of whipped cream can be served on top, which can also be garnished with desiccated coconut if desired. You get even more coconut flavor when using unsweetened coconut milk, where you can also use the milk and coconut milk in a 50:50 ratio.
