Ingredients

  • g 1,500 pear (s), (in suar solution),
  • 500 g onion (s), cleaned and diced
  • 100 g suar, brown
  • 50 g raisins
  • 200 g suar, white
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), fresh
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon peppercorns, colored or fresh green
  • 10 grains allspice, freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coriander spice (sambal)
  • 1 lemon (s), the zest
  • 1 pinch (s) lemongrass

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer until soft and thick on a low flame, if necessary puree a little with the magic wand, season again and pour hot into the prepared twist-off glasses, screw on and let cool down.
