Raspberry and Peach Smoothie with Kefir

A rich, thick, and nutritious smoothie with fragrant raspberries and peaches, based on kefir, – a charge of vivacity and vitamins for the whole day! It’s not necessary to wait for the fresh fruit season – frozen peaches and raspberries are fine too.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Kefir – 450 ml
  • Fresh or frozen peaches – 220 g
  • Fresh or frozen raspberries – 160 g
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Fresh mint (for decoration) – 2-3 sprigs

Directions

  1. Rinse the peaches, carefully peel or cut the skin, remove the seeds. Cut the peach pulp into medium-sized slices and place in a blender bowl. Rinse the raspberries and add them to a blender, setting aside a couple of berries to decorate the finished smoothie. Add sugar.
  2. Pour in kefir. Whisk all prepared foods until smooth.
  3. Pour ready-made peach raspberry smoothie into glasses and serve immediately after cooking, garnish each serving with raspberries and mint leaves.
