Blackcurrant and Kefir Smoothie

Refreshing, nutritious, invigorating berry smoothie with currant and kefir.

Ingredients

  • Black currant – 1 glass
  • Kefir – 1 glass
  • Berry jam, such as current or strawberry jam – 1 teaspoon.
  • Ice – 2 cubes

Directions

  1. Fold the currants into a blender, fill with kefir, add jam and ice.
  2. Whisk well and pour into glasses.
  3. If you have a weak blender, then it is better not to use ice, but replace it with 2-3 tablespoons of ice water.
