Smoothie with Cherry, Kefir and Banana

We are preparing a bright vitamin smoothie with just three ingredients – cherry, banana, and kefir! The smoothie has a pleasant pink color, ideal thickness (you can drink it through a wide tube or eat it with a spoon), and the sourness of the cherry and the sweetness of the banana make the taste of such a nutritious smoothie simply unique!

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Kefir – 240 ml
  • Banana – 1 pc. (pulp weight – 120 g)
  • Cherries – 80 g

Directions

  1. Kefir is best to choose fatty (at least 2.5%) and pre-hold it in the refrigerator.
  2. Rinse the cherries, dry, and remove the seeds.
  3. Peel the banana and cut the flesh into slices.
  4. Transfer the cherries and banana to a blender bowl.
  5. Pour in kefir.
  6. Whisk all ingredients until smooth.
  7. Pour the cherry and banana smoothie into glasses.
  8. Serve the cherry, banana, and kefir smoothie immediately after cooking. Bon Appetit!
