  • 1 banana (s), very ripe
  • 14 large grapes, seedless
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 250 ml kefir, (very cool)

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together with the hand blender, then sieve through (because of the grape skins) and serve immediately - sweetening is actually not necessary, but can of course be made.
