Ingredients
- 350 g raspberries (frozen)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 250 g cream
- 200 g yourt (1.5% fat)
- Sugar, brown

- Put the frozen raspberries in a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff. Carefully add the sour cream and yoghurt and raise the cream. Distribute the mixture evenly on the raspberries and then sprinkle brown sugar about 5 mm thick on top. Put in the fridge overnight.
- Instead of a bowl, a cake hood or a high casserole dish is also ideal.
