Ingredients

  • 500 g raspberries, also frozen
  • 4 tablespoon amaretto, or raspberry liqueur
  • 300 g whipped cream
  • 6 meringues, small white ones, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Put the raspberries in a bowl and drizzle the liqueur over them. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Then fold in the liqueur raspberries. Spread the crushed meringues on top and fold in carefully. Pour into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
