Ravioli in Creamy Sauce

Ravioli in a creamy sauce is like dumplings with sour cream. One of the important components of a dish called ravioli is a sauce, it is absolutely necessary. Creamy sauce is very common.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 400 Grams (dough)
  • Egg – 3-4 Pieces (dough)
  • Salmon – 150 Grams
  • Shrimp – 150 Grams
  • Ricotta – 250 Grams
  • Butter – 2 tbsp (sauce)
  • Tomato puree – 50 Milliliters (sauce)
  • Cream 30% – 100 Milliliters (sauce)
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves (1-sauce, 1-filling)
  • Wine – To taste (sauce)
  • Thyme – To taste (sauce)
  • Salt, pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, salt and eggs. Knead the dough.
  2. The dough should stand for half an hour.
  3. Peel the shrimps, cut the fish into pieces.
  4. Grind the fish and shrimps in a blender and fry in oil with garlic for one minute.
  5. Mix the riccotta with chilled minced fish.
  6. Add salt, pepper, thyme.
  7. Roll out the dough thinly and lay out the filling.
  8. Cover the filling with another piece of dough, press around the filling and cut into squares.
  9. Boil the finished ravioli in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
  10. For the sauce, heat the oil, throw in the chopped garlic, add tomato paste after 2-3 minutes.
  11. Add salt, cream, wine.
  12. Bring the sauce to a boil and turn it off. Transfer the finished ravioli to the sauce.
