Ingredients

  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 250 g mushrooms (kin oyster mushrooms)
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • Sauce thickener
  • 2 pt ravioli with ricotta and spinach filling
  • 50 g parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the spring onions into pieces. Clean the mushrooms and cut in half or quarter, depending on the size. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the mushrooms vigorously. Fry the spring onions for approx. 1 min. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cream and 3 tablespoons of sauce thickener and simmer for approx. 1 minute while stirring.
  2. Cook the ravioli in salted water. Drain. Serve the ravioli with the sauce and sprinkle with parmesan.
