Red Cabbage Salad with Apple, Ginger and Honey Mustard Gressing

This juicy salad is made with crispy red cabbage and apple slices, with fresh ginger added. A dressing of honey, olive oil, grain mustard and apple cider vinegar combines all the ingredients to give this cabbage salad a spicy, bright flavor.

Ingredients
- Red cabbage – 200 g
- Apple – 120 g (1 pc.)
- Fresh ginger – 10 g
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
For refueling:
- Honey – 1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Apple cider vinegar – 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil – 25 ml
- Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – on the tip of a knife
Directions
- Prepare the food you need.
- Slice red cabbage thinly. Add salt and remember the chopped cabbage with your hands to soften.
- Wash the apple, cut into 4 parts, remove the core. Cut the apple into thin strips and drizzle with lemon juice. Stir. Add the chopped apple to the bowl with the cabbage.
- Combine honey, mustard seeds, apple cider vinegar and olive oil in a separate bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Season salad with cooked dressing and stir.
- Peel and grate the ginger and add to the salad, stir. Red cabbage salad with apple and honey-mustard dressing is ready!
- Serve the salad right after cooking.
