Red Fish Salad “Flagman”

Red fish salad is very tasty, easy, and quick to prepare.

Cook: 20 minutes

Servings: 4


  • Salted red fish (salmon, salmon) – 200 g
  • Chicken egg – 3 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Mayonnaise – 100-150 g


  1. Boil hard-boiled chicken eggs. Refrigerate.
  2. Cut the red fish into cubes.
  3. Peel the eggs. Separate the yolk from the protein. Grate the yolk on a fine grater.
  4. Grate the protein on a coarse grater.
  5. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
  7. Lay the red fish salad in layers. The first layer is fish, some mayonnaise.
  8. The second layer is yolks, a net of mayonnaise.
  9. The third layer is tomatoes, a mesh of mayonnaise.
  10. The fourth layer is cheese, mayonnaise mesh.
  11. The last layer is proteins, a mesh of mayonnaise.
  12. Decorate the salad to your liking. Refrigerate. “Flagman” salad with red fish is ready.
