“Delicate” Salad with Red Fish

Prepare this delicate festive red fish salad and get ready to receive compliments! Deliciousness and simplicity in one plate!

Ingredients

  • Fillet of lightly salted red fish – 100 g
  • Eggs (boiled) – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Lettuce leaves – 4 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 6 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut lightly salted salmon or trout into small cubes.
  2. Separate the yolks from the whites and three of them on a fine grater.
  3. Grind hard cheese with a grater.
  4. Cut the tomato into small cubes. You can use cherry tomatoes instead of regular tomatoes.
  5. Now lay out the salad in layers. I did it in portions and only in two portions. But it is better to make it immediately larger and in a common dish. We spread lettuce leaves. Put the fish on top.
  6. Put grated protein on the fish and make a net of mayonnaise.
  7. Put the grated cheese on the next layer.
  8. Next, spread the egg yolk. And again a mesh of mayonnaise.
  9. At the very end, lay out the slices of tomatoes and again make a mesh of mayonnaise.
