Ingredients
- 2 sachets rice, cooked the day before
- 1 small zucchini, halved, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion (s) (alternatively 2-3 spring onions), finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- salt
- pepper

- Melt the butter and lightly fry the garlic. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Then add the zucchini slices and sauté lightly. Add salt and pepper as desired (tip: curry powder is also very suitable).
- Now add the rice and mix everything over a low flame. Let it steep for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Suitable as an accompaniment to schnitzel or chicken, but also to all kinds of sliced meat.
