Ingredients

  • 2 pork fillet (s), (roasted lungs)
  • 500 g breakfast bacon
  • 200 g bread (s), (dumplin bread)
  • 150 g cheese, (Emmentaler or Gouda), rated
  • 3 egg (s)
  • some lard
  • some salt and pepper
  • some parsley, chopped
  • some oil, for frying
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Grease the bundt pan with lard and then line it with approx. 400 g of bacon. Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry well. Let cool down. Mix the dumpling bread, milk, eggs, cheese and parsley and let rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Then press part of the bread roll filling into the mold, place both fillets on top and then press the rest of the bread roll filling firmly. Finally, top with the rest of the bacon. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 ° C for about 75 minutes. After 45 you should remove the aluminum foil so that the bacon is crispy. The bundt cake is overturned from the mold and can be carefully cut open and served.
  3. You can also serve mushroom or pepper sauce and vegetables.
